An extended "double" fermentation process yields interesting fruit flavors, slightly winey like brandied fruit, with notes of canned pear, peach rings, sorghum syrup, bittersweet undertones, and syrupy body.
Strong spiced character in the cup, a potpourri of woody whole spices like cardamom, cinnamon stick, and clove, accents of cooked pear, raw brown sugar, and rustic bittersweets.
Balanced but heavily frutied espresso blend. Sweet, caramelly, complex.
